Polite, not wordy

International clients skim. Keep it clear: subject → purpose in first 2 lines → next step.

Template 1: Request > Subject: Request for meeting — 15 Oct > Hi [Name], I hope you are well. Could we schedule a 30-minute call to discuss [topic]? I am available Tue–Thu 10:00–15:00 WIB. Please let me know what works for you.

Template 2: Follow-up > Just following up on my email below. Have you had a chance to review? Happy to answer any questions.

Template 3: Apology + solution > Thank you for your patience. Due to [reason], delivery will be [new date]. We have [action] to prevent this next time.

Phrases we teach in Business English

- `I would appreciate if you could...` (more polite than *Please send...*) - `Could you clarify...?` instead of *What do you mean?* - Close with one clear call-to-action: *Could you confirm by Friday?*

Our Business English groups (and corporate private batches) practise with your real emails — bring them to class.
